We are thrilled to highlight Jaylah Dorman, two-time WFF Awardee Jaylah Dorman, expected class of 2025, at Howard University, and founder of HBCU ABLE, a nonprofit organization dedicated to showcasing the brilliance of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Through HBCU ABLE, Jaylah has created a digital platform that connects students to invaluable resources, mentorship, and career opportunities—amplifying the power of HBCU networks.

Most recently, Jaylah was featured as a guest speaker at the Inaugural Legacy Brunch, where she shared her insights on fostering generational collaboration and strengthening the HBCU community. Her dedication to uplifting students and alumni exemplifies the mission of HBCU ABLE, and we are proud to spotlight her impactful work!
