The Fireside Giving Collective Presents

Leaves of Legacy

Date: October 6, 2026

This October, WFF celebrated the inaugural Leaves of Legacy event, hosted by The Fireside Giving Collective.

The evening brought together emerging philanthropic professionals from across the DMV for connection, fellowship, and giving in support of WFF’s continued impact on HBCU students. Guests had the opportunity to build new relationships, learn more about the Foundation, and discover meaningful ways to engage with its mission.

Leaves of Legacy was more than a single evening, it marked the beginning of a gathering designed to welcome new voices into philanthropy and create new pathways for individuals to connect with and invest in the future of HBCU students.
