Sierra Sands, expected class of May 2025, is from Columbia, South Carolina. She studies International Studies (Business) and Computer Science at Spelman College. In the summer of 2024, she was thrilled to embark on a dynamic and enriching summer filled with learning, engagement, and professional development. She was among an elite class of students selected to attend the University of California graduate business schools’ Summer Institute for Emerging Managers and Leaders (SIEML). This program promises an immersive career leadership experience tailored for undergraduates aspiring toward an MBA. After completing the SIEML Institute, she held a summer internship on the Marketing Strategy team with Novartis, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. This past academic year, Sierra studied abroad in Spain and was a Spelman Leadership Corporate Mentoring Program member.
