Ranye’ Holmes, expected class of 2029, is from Chicago, Illinois. Ranye’ is studying Finance and Sociology at Morehouse College. During the summer of 2026, Ranye’ balanced multiple professional opportunities by working three jobs while interning with Bank of America. Through these experiences, he continues to build his knowledge of finance, leadership, and professional development. Ranye’ is also deeply committed to service and creating opportunities for others. He is the founder and current board member of Rise Up, a nonprofit organization focused on developing student leaders and providing scholarships to graduating seniors. Through Rise Up, Ranye’ has completed more than 1,500 service hours by organizing events, mentoring students, and raising funds to support educational opportunities. His dedication to service is rooted in expanding access, promoting financial literacy, and empowering students in communities like the one that raised him. Upon graduation, he plans to attend graduate school to pursue both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
