Ranyah Bullock, expected class of 2026, is from Detroit, Michigan. Ranyah is studying Mass Communications at Delaware State University. This summer, she was selected for an internship with a software development app founded by rapper and futurist Will.i.am, where she was flown out to LA to educate minorities about the future of creative collaboration and artificial intelligence. There, she had the extraordinary experience of learning more about the business side of the entertainment industry and networking with others. She also took summer classes to graduate early from her university. While at Delaware State University, Ranyah became Miss Sophomore. She started her own business, “Ranyah Beauty,” and conducts workshops on self-care, braiding, natural hairstyles, and several beauty initiatives to improve self-confidence in African-American women.
