Fenesia Lucky, expected class of 2021, is from Mobile, Alabama. At the Fort Valley State University, one of the most affordable colleges in the country, she majors in pre-veterinary medicine. After graduating from Fort Valley State, she plans to attend Tuskegee University to pursue her doctorate in veterinary medicine. Throughout the academic year, Fenesia works two jobs as a full-time student. She has various volunteer experiences, including as a vacation bible school teacher. Fenesia believes that, by attending an HBCU, it has allowed her to be around “strong, driven students.”
