Chanae Davis, a returning Williams-Franklin Foundation Scholar, is expected to graduate in 2027 from Howard University, where she is studying Chemistry with a minor in Biology. During the summer of 2026, Chanae returned to the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah, to continue her cancer research experience after participating in the program the previous year. Through this opportunity, she gained additional hands-on laboratory experience, strengthened her research skills, and contributed to ongoing biomedical research projects. Chanae’s continued involvement in cancer research has deepened her passion for scientific discovery and prepared her for her future academic and career goals in medicine and research. Upon graduation, she plans to attend medical school and continue advancing her education in the healthcare field.
