Shequanna “Qu” Fuller is an Associate in Commercial Banking at J.P. Morgan, where she supports clients through relationship management, account analysis, and treasury solutions. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas Austin, strengthening her expertise in finance, strategy, and leadership.
Qu brings over a decade of leadership experience from her service in the United States Army, where she held multiple leadership roles including Company Commander and Human Resources Officer. Notably, she was among the first women to commission into combat arms as a Field Artillery Officer, leading soldiers in operational and training environments and managing complex, high-stakes missions. Throughout her military career, she led high-performing teams, oversaw large-scale operations, and implemented programs that improved training and personnel outcomes across diverse organizations.
A graduate of South Carolina State University, a historically black university, Qu earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and was actively engaged in campus leadership. She is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, and remains deeply committed to mentorship, service, and community empowerment.
Qu is honored to serve as a Junior Board Member and looks forward to advancing the organization’s mission and long-term impact.
