Natalie M. Rance

Board Member

Natalie M. Rance is a seasoned communications strategist and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience shaping impactful messaging across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has led initiatives for organizations including the National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of Energy, AARP, Hilton Hotels, Procter & Gamble, and the DC Mayor’s Office.

Currently a consultant with USAA, Natalie drives enterprise transformation through strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement, and change management. She is also founder of R3Prism LLC, a consultancy specializing in communications and project management solutions that influence behavior, increase awareness, and transform markets.

Beyond her professional work, Natalie is deeply committed to community leadership. She serves on the board of Horton’s Kids, contributes to the Junior League of Washington in leadership roles, and has championed initiatives supporting women’s empowerment, education, and the arts. She has also been active with 12 Days of Christmas, Inc. and previously served as president of the Howard University Alumni Club of Greater Washington, DC, where she curated the “Art of Interpretation” exhibit to raise scholarship funds.

Natalie earned a BA in Public Administration from Howard University and an MBA in Project Management from Colorado Technical University. She resides in Washington, DC, with her husband, Michael, and enjoys theater, international travel, interior design, salsa dancing, and culinary exploration.
