Dwight Franklin is the President and CEO of Professional Management Consulting Services (PMCS), which provides professional consulting solutions in management, IT, Health IT and staffing services. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Williams-Franklin Foundation (WFF), an organization he founded with his wife, Shelley, in 2014. As Board Chair, Mr. Franklin leads the Board in driving WFF’s strategic direction, providing fiduciary oversight, and ensuring that WFF has the resources needed to execute on their work.

In addition to his service as the Chairman of the Board at WFF, Mr. Franklin, he has volunteered as a DC Public School tutor, creating reading clubs for African American males and coaching various sports such as basketball, football and soccer. He has established academic tutorial programs to improve student reading and math comprehension. In addition, Mr. Franklin has engaged in public speaking focused on self-awareness and improvement at public, charter and private schools.
