D’Mani Harrison-Porter is an accomplished marketing executive and relationship builder with a
proven track record of driving growth, fostering partnerships, and amplifying community impact.
He currently serves as the Regional Director of Marketing Mid-Atlantic for City Cruises, where
he oversees strategic marketing initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and national campaign
activations that have generated record-breaking engagement and revenue.
Recognized as one of the Top 50 Black Marketers to Watch in 2023, D’Mani brings deep
expertise in brand strategy, business development, and community partnerships across
hospitality, tourism, and events. His leadership extends beyond his professional role: he serves
on the Alumni Board of the American Experience Foundation, advancing opportunities for young
people to access career pathways in travel and hospitality, and previously served on the Board
of the DC Collaborative, supporting equitable arts and humanities education for students across
the region.
A graduate of Leadership Greater Washington’s Rising Leaders Program, where he was
selected as President of his cohort, D’Mani is committed to using his skills and networks to
