Angelique B. Williams-Pinnock, Ph.D
Board Member
Angelique B. Williams-Pinnock, Ph.D. is a systems change and racial equity leader with deep expertise in applied research, evaluation, and the design of equity-centered initiatives. She currently serves as the Director of Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) at the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, where she leads organization-wide strategies to embed equity into systems, culture, and operating practices.
With a strong background in developmental psychology and workforce development, Angelique has designed and led leadership development programs, professional learning initiatives, and large-scale evaluations supporting educators, nonprofit leaders, and philanthropic organizations nationwide. Her work is grounded in culturally and linguistically responsive methodologies and a deep commitment to advancing equitable outcomes for children and communities of color.
In addition to her professional leadership, Angelique brings a strong commitment to research-informed decision-making, mentorship, and community service. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Applied Developmental Psychology from George Mason University and earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology, from Morgan State University.
