Anesa Caskey, expected class of 2028, is from Hopkins, Minnesota. She is studying Psychology at Prairie View A&M University. Anesa is passionate about community engagement, advocacy, and supporting the well-being of others. She is a member of the Psychology Club, where she helped bring the university’s Psych Week to life by participating in a canned food drive and assisting with planning and coordinating events throughout the week. Anesa is also involved with the Pink Panthers, a chapter of Planned Parenthood, where she has supported voter engagement efforts through tabling initiatives and helped distribute care packages containing essential health and wellness items to students on campus. The Williams-Franklin Foundation Scholarship will support Anesa as she continues her educational journey. Upon earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, she plans to attend graduate school to pursue a master’s degree in clinical psychology.
