Returning WFF Scholar Ashley Pryor, expected class of 2025, is from Bowie, Maryland. She is studying Computer Science at Morgan State University. In the summer of 2024, she interned at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. She was excited to learn engineering principles from a well-established, leading tech company and excited to start. She toured the highly secure Cyber Defense Operations Center (CDOC) and learned about common security risks and practices. Ashley was recently selected as Vice President of the Society for the Advancement of Computer Science. Upon graduation, Ashley is considering graduate school to earn a Master’s in either Computer Science or Computer-Human Interaction and full-time work as a software engineer.
